Our Sales Invoice module allows you to setup your invoice once, and like magic, it repeats every time you need it. When your payment comes in, just assign it to the invoice, and we’ll settle it – just like that.

Debit Notes, without fuss

Providing corrections and adapting customer invoices is sometimes necessary. When your tenants move their rent date, make sure your corrections are tracible with debit notes. Once created, you can either pay them back – or apply it to their next invoice. It’s simple, efficient and tracible.

Purchases Invoices: Simple.

We all have bills to pay – but we don’t want to make it hard! With YottaHomes Purchases are simple: You input the invoice, upload any documentation, and then wait for the due date.

Credit Notes, with notes.

Things might not always go right with your suppliers, but recording the credit notes doesn’t have to go wrong too. Write up your credits, and then either apply them to your next purchase invoice, or mark is as refunded when the supplier returns payment. Never loose track of a credit again – and store any documentation alongside.

Reporting, Professionally.

For our smaller customers, our balance sheet and P&L reports might just have you covered. Your accountant can quickly journal your important entries and you can send them access to all your financial records.

For larger organisations, we’ll recommend an accounting integration. In this way, YottaHomes will send all the purchase and sales records to your ERP/MIS system for further analysis. Our experienced Service Consultants can help you make sure everything is transferred effectively, so you never miss an invoice, or have to double-enter it into your organisations main IT platform.
